Opening month: 0% seller fees — sell anything in October and pay no seller fee at all. Normally 12%. No code, nothing to apply for.
List a box →WaxDepot is a peer-to-peer marketplace for sealed boxes and cases, built on a live order book per product rather than a listing feed. The Dealer Program is for shops, breakers and anyone moving volume: better selling terms than you could earn in your first month, and money back on the way you already pay. Open to the public since October 1.
The Elite rate, from the day you're approved. Everyone else earns it at 150 sales or $10,000 in a rolling 30 days — dealers start there instead of at 12%. After 60 days your rolling 30 days sets your tier like anyone's, so hit those numbers and you stay at 8%.
Account credit on anything you buy paying by bank, on top of zero buyer fees. Paid when the order releases.
On a big case the rate drops again: the part of any box's price above $7,500 is charged 2%, on every tier. A $10,000 case at 8% pays $650 before shipping. Compare your payout with eBay →
No commission and no separate processing line. The price you see is the price you pay, before shipping.
Live bid and ask per product, plus 90 days of what it actually sold for. Not a listing feed with a 'make offer' button.
Sellers set tiers by quantity and the cart applies the best one you qualify for. No haggling in DMs for a rate you should just get.
Account credit on the amount that actually leaves your bank, granted when the order releases — by then the payment has cleared and the box has arrived. The rate is fixed on the order when you pay, so a later change never touches a deal you already made.
Place a resting bid at your number and let sellers come to you. Bids are binding — a saved card is charged if one is accepted — which is what makes the top of the book a real price.
Dealers skip the two rungs everyone else climbs — 12% and 10% — and run at the Elite rate for their first 60 days. After that the rolling 30 days decides: 8% at 150 sales or $10,000, 6% at 1,000 sales or $100,000. Thresholds are or, not and, so the high-ticket dealer gets there as fast as the volume one. Above $7,500 a box, the rest of its price is 2% on every tier.
Upload a lot at once rather than one box at a time, and list a sealed case as a case — it has its own market, and we price it as one instead of pretending it's N boxes.
Per listing or across your whole store. A buyer taking ten gets your rate for ten, automatically, and your fee is charged on the discounted price.
The same as every tier during beta — the 8% rate is a better fee, not a faster payout, and only Apex is daily. We transfer your cut net of the fee once the buyer confirms delivery, or two days after the carrier marks it delivered.
On orders of $500 and up you photograph the sealed box with the label on it before it ships, and can film it too. A buyer who claims the box held something else has to show their own unboxing video to file. For the first time, you can prove what you shipped.
Both terms above are granted on approval, not automatically — this is an application, and a person reads it. We are new. The order book works, the money moves, and the catalogue covers NBA, MLB, NFL, Soccer, F1, Pokémon, Star Wars and Disney — but the book is thin, and you would find that out in about nine seconds, so we would rather say it. That is exactly why we want volume sellers early and why we will work an allocation around you. If something you trade isn't in the catalogue, ask for it and we'll add it.
Buying, selling, or both. A line about what you deal in is enough to start. Applying creates your WaxDepot account, so you can buy and sell straight away; the dealer terms switch on when we approve you.
