When do I get paid?

Money moves in two hops, and it's worth knowing both.

Released to you when the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically 2 days after the carrier marks the package delivered. That sends the sale proceeds — minus your seller fee — to your Stripe account.

Paid to your bank weekly, on Friday, for every tier during beta. Apex sellers are paid daily. The ACH itself lands 1–3 business days later, and Stripe holds a brand-new account's first payout longer than usual, so your very first sale is the slowest one you'll have.

The gap between the two hops isn't us sitting on your money: while it's in your Stripe balance a chargeback can be reversed cleanly, and once it's in your bank a reversal can leave you owing on a sale you thought was settled.
